1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide group collaboration features. The categories below include the types of data we disclose in the App Store privacy nutrition labels (User Content, linked to your identity, for app functionality):

• Account Information: When you sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google (web console), we collect the name and email address provided by the identity provider to create and secure your account. This information is linked to your identity.
• Emails or Text Messages: To operate core features, we process email addresses, phone numbers you optionally add to member profiles, invitation-related text, and other text you enter in tasks, feedback, or group communications. This data is linked to your account and used only for app functionality—not for advertising or cross-app tracking.
• Photos or Videos: If you choose to upload a profile avatar or attach photos or videos to tasks, feedback, or related group content, we store and display that media within your group. Such content is linked to your identity and used only to provide the service.
• Other User Content: We store collaboration data you and your group create, including task and schedule details, group names and descriptions, managed member profiles, comments, attachments metadata, and similar content. This information is linked to your account or the profiles you manage and is used only for group collaboration features.
• Managed Profiles: If you create profiles for group members who do not have their own accounts (such as children or elders), you confirm that you have the right to provide their basic identifying information (such as names, nicknames, or optional contact details) for group management purposes.
• Technical Data: We may collect non-personally identifiable information such as device type, app crash logs, and usage metrics to ensure the stability of the App. This data is not used for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above solely for app functionality, including:

• Providing, syncing, and displaying tasks, schedules, group roles, profiles, and user-generated content across authorized group members and your devices.
• Authenticating your identity and enforcing access controls so only members of your group can view that group's data.
• Storing and delivering photos, videos, and text you choose to share within the service.
• Providing customer support, fixing errors, and improving reliability.

We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your data. Data identified in the App Store as linked to you is associated with your account or profile for the purposes stated above.

3. Data Storage & Security

We utilize enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (including Supabase) to store your data securely. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We employ strict Row-Level Security (RLS) database policies to ensure that your group data is completely isolated and only accessible to authorized members of your specific group.

4. Information Sharing

We do not, and will never, sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers (such as secure cloud hosting) strictly for the purpose of operating our service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can edit your profile, delete specific tasks, remove attachments, or remove group members at any time within the App. You may also permanently delete your entire account and all associated user content via the account deletion options in the App's settings. Once deleted, this action is irreversible.
